How I Do Business
Welcome to Get Out & Fish LLC! I run this business on my own, pouring, packing, and shipping every bait by hand. I believe in being transparent, setting clear expectations, and doing things the right way—even if it takes a little longer. Here’s everything you need to know before placing an order.

Ordering Policy
I accept orders exclusively through my website.
I do not take orders through email, text, Messenger, or social media.
Why? Because my website:
- Tracks inventory
- Collects important business data
- Calculates what I owe in taxes
- Generates shipping labels
This helps me stay organized and compliant.
My website accepts PayPal and all major credit cards for your convenience.
Shipping Policy
I offer $6 flat-rate shipping via USPS Ground Advantage.
Please note: USPS does not guarantee a delivery date, and neither can I.
Since I run everything myself, it’s impossible to promise exact ship dates. That said, most in-stock orders ship the same day or the next day.
Made-to-order items take a little longer:
• I pour your baits fresh
• Each bait needs a couple days to fully cure
• If I’m working on several similar orders, it may take an extra day or two
Note: I never have and never will guarantee a ship date. I do put estimations on my descriptions but since I do everything myself, I can only promise that your order with ship AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Once your order is packed and a shipping label is created, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking number and shipment date.
Please verify your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Shipping labels are automatically generated by our website using the address you provide at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, delivery delay or non-delivery may occur. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues, Get Out & Fish LLC is NOT responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
We do NOT manually enter or alter shipping addresses. All shipping labels are created directly from the address entered by the customer at checkout.
Please don’t contact me asking when your order will ship or if it has shipped.
You’ll get a notification as soon as it’s out the door. Also, please don't contact me if your order is still in transit. I cannot file a claim with USPS while tracking is still available.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages Policy
Once an order has been accurately fulfilled, packaged, and shipped within our stated processing time (which is "as soon as possible", I can't guarantee a shipment time), delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. When a package is accepted by USPS and tracking is active, it is considered in transit and not lost, even if delays occur. We are unable to file a claim, issue a refund, or reship an order while tracking continues to update. If USPS tracking shows no movement for the required period and the package is officially deemed lost by USPS, we will promptly file a claim and work with the customer to provide a resolution. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as carrier delays are outside of our control.
Custom Orders
Some products can be customized—whether it’s colors, profiles, or kit combinations. If custom options are available, they’ll be clearly mentioned in the product description.
• Custom orders may require extra time
• All custom products sales are final.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Because of the nature of my products, I do not offer returns or refunds—unless I made a mistake (wrong item, color, or quantity).
If there’s an issue with your order, contact me within 7 days of receiving it and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. I begin processing orders quickly—especially for made-to-order items—so please double-check your order before checking out. If it hasn't shipped yet, contact me and I'll do what I can though.
Product Variability
Each bait is made by hand. That means:
• Slight color or size differences can happen
• No two baits are ever exactly the same
This is part of what makes handmade baits unique—and effective.
High-Demand Times
During holidays, sales, or peak fishing seasons, it may take longer to process and ship orders. I appreciate your patience during these times—I’m doing my best to get everyone taken care of.

This is a small business, built from the ground up. All growth and improvements are made organically, which means that upgrading any aspect of the business is entirely dependent on the orders I receive from you.
